At The Boda Group…

Ami brings a passion for problem solving and excellent service to her work supporting Boda clients and the team. As operations manager, Ami works directly with clients to manage the client feedback process, coordinate contracting and invoicing, and assist with planning and execution of virtual and onsite projects. She supports the Boda team in business administration, marketing and client outreach, event planning, internal communications, and in the delivery of leadership development programs. Since joining the Boda team, Ami has helped launch a redesigned website, implement improved procedures for client-facing and internal systems, and channeled her journalism background to help create an email newsletter and the Boda Insights blog.

One career move that was risky or took guts was…

joining The Boda Group! It’s hard to believe now, but it was a scary decision to leave behind an industry I knew well to take on a completely new role with a new team. Trusting myself, and my new teammates, was essential. Working with the Boda team is a daily reminder of all there is to gain by putting faith in one’s self and taking a leap.

My biggest professional mistake was…

waiting too long to appreciate the importance of finding balance and managing stress.

What matters to me is…

kindness—toward one another, ourselves, and our environments.

Things that make me smile include…

watching the sunrise somewhere I’ve never been before.

I’m part of The Boda Group because…

the expertise, care, skill, and dedication the Boda team brings to their work is truly amazing, and—as many of the leaders we work with have said—I’m a better person for having worked with them. Who wouldn’t want to be able to say that about their teammates?
