My biggest professional mistake was…
spending years in a job I didn’t love because it was prestigious to others, instead of doing the work I’m passionate about.
What matters to me is…
becoming better every day at helping others grow and develop.
My friends say I’m…
energetic, passionate, goofy, and quick.
I’m part of The Boda Group because…
in eight years of HR leadership, I worked with many coaches and leadership development companies and none were as effective or as good a partner as The Boda Group. Boda’s emphasis on real business experience and provocative curiosity consistently helped leaders learn about themselves, improve their leadership, and ultimately achieve better results. When I decided to shift from being an HR leader to a full time professional coach, Boda was the obvious choice for me.
