Experience

An experienced senior human resources leader, Glenn’s career started in Toronto at The Hudson’s Bay Company, and then moved west to Vancouver at BC Transit and WorkSafe BC. During his 9 years at QLT Inc, a Vancouver-based biotechnology company, Glenn developed a passion for enhancing the performance of individuals, executives, teams, and organizations. He enrolled in his first coaching program to expand and deepen his HR toolkit and become a more powerful leader, and from that point on, coaching became his passion. As Head of HR at Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation Corp (AFCC), Glenn’s HR strategy envisioned coaching and leadership development as catalysts to facilitate engagement, cooperation and accelerate business performance. This work was recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF), which awarded Glenn the prestigious PRISM award at the chapter level in 2016 and again at the international level in 2017.
