Experience

Hendy has over twenty years experience in management consulting, strategic planning and leadership development, having been a corporate executive at Morgan Stanley, Bain & Company, and Babcock & Brown. As an experienced executive in complex environments, Hendy knows the importance of achieving tangible results and is committed to helping organizations achieve their strategic and operational goals by bringing out the best in their people. At Babcock & Brown, Hendy led complex lease transactions of $25MM+ involving multi-functional teams serving airline, rail, and telecommunication clients. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Hendy was a consultant at Bain & Company, helping clients make decisions on strategy, operations, and organization to enhance market competitiveness. Hendy started her career in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley, where the assignments were fast-paced and global.

my children. My oldest son teaches me to work hard and persevere; my middle son teaches me to be fully present in all that I do; and my youngest son teaches me to love life in a joyful, fun-loving way.
