At The Boda Group…

Lina’s specialty is helping leaders and leadership teams explore what’s most important for success in their organization. One of her key strengths is facilitating essential conversations that clients haven’t had before. She believes that business relationships are built like other important relationships: by engaging in authentic dialogue about what matters most. Lina helps leaders build self-awareness and approach conversations with their colleagues as an open exchange. When teams are open to learning something new and seeing things in a new way, they can have the conversations that really matter, leading to more effective and timely decision making, and ultimately, better business results.

The biggest challenge for today’s leaders is…

staying tuned to what is truly important and doing what you know is right. There are so many pressures and demands in business that it’s easy to get caught up in trying to be everything to everyone. It’s critical for leaders to stay connected to their values and focus their time and energy where they can have the biggest impact.

Important qualities I bring to my clients…
