Experience

Nina is an internationally recognized leadership and team coach with more than 20 years of experience coaching and developing people. Nina started her career in college publishing at Macmillan and Richard D. Irwin, where she led cross-functional teams in the signing, development, and publishing of bestselling business textbooks. After receiving her MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, Nina followed her passion for leadership and team development by founding her own coaching and training company. She has coached leaders and teams in the Fortune 500, the public sector, and non-profit environments and has designed and led programs ranging from increasing employee engagement to building trust across a multi-functional department. Nina also trains and supervises professionals all other the world in organizational and relationship systems coaching with CRR Global. This work gives her in-depth experience and knowledge in the coaching paradigms and human development models that are most useful for helping her clients make the shifts they want to make in their leadership.
