Leadership is…

as much about presence as action. Leaders are most effective and bring out the best in others when they are fully present, work in congruence with their core values, come from a creative mindset, and lead from the heart as well as the head.

I am fascinated by…

the intersections between neuroscience and personal development, and specifically how we are hardwired for connection.

When I’m not working with clients I’m…

you can find me nose-deep in a personal development book, hiking in the Cascades, or walking in my great Seattle neighborhood with our yellow Lab, Zoey.
