Seema has over a decade of experience in health care and life sciences, with roles in retail, sales, and learning and development, and over five years of experience in executive coaching. At Eli Lilly, she was the first national L&D Consultant in Canada for a new global partnership, setting the stage for a 20-year alliance. In this partnership, she was responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of a training program for 150 sales representatives and 25 managers. By leveraging coaching skills, leadership concepts, and adult learning principles, she guided the company towards a successful product launch. With a background in sales, her strong ability to build relationships and add value to her customers allowed her to create win-win scenarios for all stakeholders. In 2011, Seema shifted from corporate leadership roles to executive coaching and leadership development and has delivered trainings for over 150 leaders in North America, Asia, Europe and Africa. One of her specialities is helping leaders and underrepresented groups increase their visibility, engagement, and promotability.
