Stacy spent 12 years in management consulting, primarily with Deloitte Consulting and Deloitte Services, where her expertise in individual and team coaching, individual effectiveness, organizational change, and strategic communications was a powerful combination for developing and executing comprehensive programs that translated business strategy into action and outcomes. She then led Employee Development at Yahoo!, where she was responsible for global onboarding, professional capability development, and career development. She led the design, delivery, and ongoing oversight of these programs, which gave new employees the critical information, guidance, and experiences to help them quickly become productive, effectively assimilate into the culture. As an executive coach, Stacy has spent the last 13 years working with clients to address the relationship between individual meaning and organizational effectiveness, so that companies realize key business results in an accelerated and amplified way.

being known for something that works. At Yahoo!, I led the implementation of the Career Development @ Yahoo! Workshop that was delivered globally in 15 countries, reached approximately 2,000 global participants in 2011, and contributed to a 7% increase in career engagement in six months. It is still being implemented today.
