Terra started her career at Deloitte Consulting, focused on process, strategy, and organizational engagements. As her passion for people grew, she specialized in the human capital practice, building expertise in Change Management and Organizational Design in the telecommunications and financial services industries. After Deloitte, she joined PepsiCo as an organizational development specialist and then became a Director of HR. As a business leader expected to contribute to company growth, she broke through organizational siloes and balanced strategic thinking and tactical execution. As an HR Partner, Terra had the opportunity to develop people on three levels: as a manager who was fiercely protective of and committed to her team members; as an internal coach providing support to beleaguered leaders; and as an HR executive focused on creating a strong and positive culture. Terra left PepsiCo to pursue leadership development and coaching full-time and has become a sought-after coach, facilitator, and speaker.
