Experience
Joshua began his career as a journalist in the early 1990s. He founded Inc.Online, one of the first national magazine websites, and wrote about the impact technology on small businesses for Inc. magazine. Later, as Editor and General Manager of TIME.com, he oversaw dramatic growth of the website while also serving as the magazine’s Technology Editor. In 2006, Joshua became Executive Director of Harvard Business Digital, where he grew the website to more than 5 million monthly visitors from a base of just 250,000, and championed HBR’s far reaching social media strategy that includes of community of more than 4 million fans and followers around the world. Since 2009, Joshua has served as Executive Vice President and Group Publisher, overseeing the growth of the Harvard Business Review brand around the world, including the website, books, and magazine divisions.
