The biggest challenge facing today’s leaders is…

Remembering to invest sufficient time and energy in the ‘important, but not urgent.’

The biggest opportunity for today’s leaders is…

Investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to unlock greater impact, both in terms of internal culture and an organization’s work in the world.

The most influential leader in my career has been…

My maternal grandfather who embodied selflessness and generosity of spirit in public service.
