At The Boda Group…

Jessica has a passion for helping leaders make meaningful change happen, achieve their goals, and reach their desired performance outcomes. Clients value her deep listening skills, strategic insight, evidence-based approach, and applied experience leading in both large, matrixed corporations and start up environments.

I’m inspired by…

leaders who are hungry to grow, willing to address barriers that get in the way of change, and are deeply curious about themselves, their colleagues, and the clients they serve.

One place that is special to me is…

Austin, Texas. While I’m a native Houstonian and love living in my hometown, my family and I always enjoy escaping to our neighboring city. I consider it my second home, as I have lived there several times over the years. Despite all of its growth in the last 20 years, Austin maintains its charm: amazing music, rolling hills, UT college sports, and good times with dear friends.

I’m part of The Boda Group because…

we hold the same set of core values. The Boda team values that really speak to me are excellence, relationships, curiosity, and authenticity, to name a few. I witness Boda colleagues practicing these values as we engage with each other, our clients, and partners. This is a special group of people, and I’m a better coach to my clients because I am a part of the Boda team.
