At The Boda Group…

At the core of Aliucha’s coaching style is her ability to build an honest and trusting relationship with her clients. She uses a balance of warmth, empathy, and challenge to explore leaders’ strengths and development areas and support them in their growth. She encourages her clients to expand their mindsets to adapt to evolving expectations and expand their own possibilities, and supports them to achieve higher levels of emotional intelligence and agility. Aliucha enjoys working with multi-cultural clients and she coaches in English and Portuguese.

The biggest opportunity for today’s leaders is…

to be able to engage in self-reflection and adjust their mindset in order to meet the adaptive challenges (as opposed to technical challenges) required to lead in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.

One important skill/way of being I bring to my clients is…

curiosity to uncover the beliefs and the emotions that are driving their behaviors and choices, so they can become more self-aware and intentional about the impact they have.

I’m inspired by…

purposeful courage and gestures of kindness.

One place that is special to me is…

Rio de Janeiro because it will always feel like home.

One career move that was risky or took guts was…

most of them! Changing companies, accepting a role that had not existed before, accepting greater responsibility and business complexity, choosing to relocate to a new country for work, and changing my career path to executive coaching – all of these changes were made with guts, the discomfort of uncertainty, and enthusiasm to learn. There is no growth without it!
