At The Boda Group…

Hendy brings her leadership expertise, adventurous spirit, and deep commitment to helping leaders be more effective. She believes leadership takes energy and courage. Hendy also believes that “leadership is hard: getting a group of individuals to march in the same direction, to cover each other’s back, to see the goal and stay motivated, to be optimistic, to be creative, to take risk, to move beyond fear, is tremendously challenging and deeply rewarding.”

The biggest opportunity for today’s leaders is…

to make a difference in the way our world works so that we can lead fulfilling, productive lives and protect our planet. If leaders live by their values and leverage their strengths, they give everyone they work with permission to do so, too. They can (and do) make bold, creative decisions that change the paradigm of the way business is done.

Important things I bring to my clients are…

intelligence, pragmatism, warmth, and a fresh perspective.

I’m inspired by…

my children. My oldest son teaches me to work hard and persevere; my middle son teaches me to be fully present in all that I do; and my youngest son teaches me to love life in a joyful, fun-loving way.

What matters to me is…

being with my family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and playing all kinds of games, from charades to golf!
