At The Boda Group…

Clive serves complex organizations facing change. He works at the intersection of personal growth and business impact, helping leaders and teams respond creatively to the complex demands that arise in flux. In the midst of stress and chaos, it’s easy to slide from proactive decision to reflexive reaction; Clive helps leaders step back, look at the bigger picture, and take inspired action. This is where creative solutions and collaboration flourish, delivering sustained improvement in organizational performance.

Leadership is…

taking responsibility and responding creatively to the opportunities and challenges around us, including those that trigger us – our thoughts, feelings, and actions all have an impact. Leadership also means committing to a path of continual learning and growth. Learning to use all of ourselves wisely in service of a cause greater than ourselves is the adventure of a lifetime.

Important qualities I bring to my clients…

include curiosity, understanding, insight, and challenge.

When I’m not working…

I love to play on the trampoline with my daughters, hike in the Cascade Mountains, and fly fish for trout in Yellowstone National Park.
