Leadership is…

all about collecting the right team and giving it room.

The biggest challenge facing today’s leaders is…

the same as it has always been: deciding what to do to create the most value.

The biggest opportunity for today’s leaders is…

being able to draw on a greater diversity and depth of talent than ever before.
