Doe’s work as an executive coach is informed by her 25 years as a leader and operations executive in fast-paced, customer- focused environments. At The Boda Group…

Doe’s experience as a senior executive in large, complex organizations and high-pressure leadership roles gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face. She brings her authenticity and humor to every coaching engagement and builds strong connections and deep trust with clients. Leaders count on Doe to ask the hard questions that help them get clear on what they want, connect with their strengths, identify how they can become more effective, and do the work that will allow them to thrive.

The most influential leader in my career…

has been my mom. I watched her work as a food service manager while I was growing up. What I saw was a woman who immigrated to this country and became a U.S. citizen, fought for everything she wanted, out-worked everyone around her, did the work she asked of others, and made a difference in the lives of everyone she had the privilege of leading or serving. Among other things, she taught me work ethic, perseverance, and how to be a servant leader.

One important thing I bring to my clients is…

my decades of experience as a corporate leader.

One career move that was risky or took guts was…

moving my family from Denver to Chicago to take on a new, bigger corporate role. It was a stretch personally and professionally but looking back I wouldn’t change a thing.

I’m part of The Boda Group because…

I was a client myself and grew significantly as a leader during that time. Boda coaches challenged my thinking and supported my development with great care and courage. I knew when I left my last corporate role that I wanted to be a part of what Boda creates with their clients.
