At The Boda Group…

Lucia is dedicated to helping clients identify, practice, achieve, and sustain the growth required to become a more resilient, confident, and multi-dimensional leader. She brings first-hand experience and deep empathy from having successfully navigated a corporate and entrepreneurial career through many difficult challenges. She brings a people-first, disciplined yet mindful, holistic, and no ego approach to coaching and partnership with her leaders.

I’m part of The Boda Group because…

it is important to me to be in community as a coach to continue to grow, be inspired, and learn from the best. I’ve been so wowed by how incredibly skilled, helpful, and kind my fellow Boda coaches are and excited to contribute to our Boda values.

One thing I’ve done that I’m proud of is…

starting a full time MBA program a month after becoming a mom for the first time. It was one of the most grueling challenges I have ever willingly signed up for and without it, I would not be the person I am today. It taught me what leadership values are important to me; how hard, humbling yet helpful “mistakes” truly are; on what terms I want career achievements or not; and how difficult and “unsexy” true growth and sustained behavior/mindset change is, but how life changing it can be.

What matters to me is…

leaving people and teams better off than when I found them; finding ways daily to make a positive impact personally and professionally; and bringing high integrity, a disciplined work ethic, humility, and unconditional help to my work and partnership with others.
