 As an accomplished global executive before she became an executive coach, Shefali understands the complexity, pressures, and leadership challenges that executives face and loves partnering with clients to help them thrive. Her experience includes roles in strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and operations at Lehman Brothers, Deloitte, and Andersen. As Managing Director and business unit Chief Operating Officer at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Shefali led people, platform, and strategy decisions for a portfolio of $20 billion+ assets under management. As Finance Vice President at Lehman in Tokyo, she was responsible for business reviews across the 20 businesses for the $3 billion Asia franchise. Earlier in her career, she advised Fortune 500 clients on market strategy and structuring decisions in the strategy consulting practice of Arthur Andersen in New Delhi, and then on mergers and acquisitions and capital structure decisions at the corporate finance practice of Deloitte in Manila. Shefali is passionate about all facets of leadership and has been quoted in Institutional Investor, Forbes, Fast Company, Business Insider, and Entrepreneur.
