More and more, work is being done in teams – short and long-term project teams, client teams, design teams, Agile teams, and teams of direct reports. The recent shift to predominantly virtual work has both added challenges and offered some improvements to how teams operate.

In our work with teams, we find that all of the skills and mindsets that are helpful and productive for in-person teams are necessary – and often even more valuable – in virtual teams.

We teach teams to navigate conflict productively, leverage differences in styles among teammates, use coaching skills to build relationships, give and receive feedback effectively, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build and repair trust. Our Virtual Learning Sessions are research-based, interactive, practical, and focused on real challenges that teams face every day.
