Executive Forum

Executives need an ongoing space, separate from day-to-day responsibilities, to learn, reflect, share best practices, strengthen relationships, and expand their networks.

Leading a company is exciting, and incredibly hard. To be successful, executives not only need technical expertise and experience, but they also need to hear different perspectives, talk through difficult challenges, and receive support—ideally from people who know exactly what they are going through.

That’s why we created Executive Forum.

Executive Forum brings together small groups of experienced leaders from across multiple companies to meet on a regular basis and share and explore opportunities, setbacks, successes, and big questions in a confidential and trusting environment.

The end result is a cohort of executives with stronger relationships, broader perspectives, greater insight and increased confidence.

A typical Boda Executive Forum spans 12 months, with each group of executives meeting virtually for 90 minutes each month. Each group consists of 4-5 executives who are at similar growth stages and facing similar issues. Sessions are facilitated by a Boda executive coach who has extensive experience leading Executive Forums and who structures each agenda tailored to the needs of each particular group.

Confidentiality, authenticity, and trust drive the success of the Forum.

Executives bring real issues they are facing (at work and personally) and receive help, empathy, guidance, and honesty from their peers. Everyone has the same objective—to help every person in the Forum be the best version of themselves and be as effective and successful as possible.
